Female head bobbing?!

brianz Jan 17, 2004 01:40 PM

Today my 3.5 year old female beardie suddenly decided to bob her head repeatedly. Her beard was black while she did it. There was nothing new or different going on in the apartment. Most were controlled head bobs but some were violent, jerking bobs while she flailed her left arm. I really don't think it's a seizure; they were too deliberate for the most part.

She ate this morning and her appetite and stools have been normal. She looks and acts the same as ever except for the bobbing. She basks under a three-week-old UV Heat 160 watt bulb; she has been using those bulbs for 2 years almost.

Should I be concerned? Thanks!

No concern.
Females bob too. She may have just seen her reflection and was showing it who was boss..
