HOUSING QUESTION

I am in the process of designing a new cage to house a pure argus and a flavi cross. I plan on building a semi-aboreal cage(8'l x 7'H x 4'w), but I know this species is mainly a terrestrial animal.Would an adult argus, or a flavi cross take advantage of an semi-aboreal setup or is it a waste of time and money? The two monitors I am building the cage for are very young one is 8wks, and the other has not been shipped. Please share some of your experiences with me.

My male Argus loves to climb and dig. Although I wouldn't go much higher than 4 feet. I would worry that they might jump from the top and hurt themselves.
