What size? All sizes! Mine shed all the time. I am not really sure how often as they generally do it at night - all at once and eat the shed. However As any herp grows it sheds. When they are younger - they will shed a lot more. Just make sure he has a humid area to get to and you'll be just fine.

are you 100% sure? Ive seen my young ones shed twice. I have three juvies. I know they are shedding too. They may shed so fast you just dont notice it.

Like I said They tend to eat their skin. I've watched mine swallow his skin both times. Occasionally I see a piece of skin on the floor...but not on any regular basis.

How old is he by the way. He is a looker for sure. he looks like a dragon's den, where did you get him/her?

I bought him from a private breeder at the DFW herp show. I normally stick with monitors and tegus, but he caught my eye (only $35!) He's a harliquin, but i dont have any pics of his body. Maybe ill try later today.
