That is a great looking burm (I still love normals best, even though I have a labyrinth).

How's her temperament, in particular when it comes time to take her out for excercise, etc.?

Hi thanks for that,i hope she doesnt darken too much as some burms do as they get older.Well her temperament is excellent but i take no liberties when taking her out.She is keen to strike as soon as she sees movement (i still jump occassionally when i go in the room and theres this thump as she strikes the glass!) but using a long thin garden cane i tap her gently on the head when i take her out,or as she comes out of her own accord because she is exstremely curious.Ive done this for some time and believe she can distringuish between this and feeding in the viv.I always feed in the viv and normally just have to leave the prey item inside for her to find and she strikes and eats without any problems. I try to minimize the "excitment" at feeding so she doesnt get "worked" up and doesnt just associate the viv opening with feeding time.Once out of the viv she likes to explore the room and in fact the whole top floor of the house!
It gives her time to stretch to full length and continues to get her used to me handling her.The only time shes ever hissed is when shes due to slough and ive been cleaning her out or changing her water so i try to keep the disturbances to a minimum at this time.Oh and i always have company when doing this!
