Is it normal for green tree frogs to change colour??

TANZEE Jan 18, 2004 12:48 PM

Hello everyone. I have four green tree frogs and two of them, one of the small ones and one of the big ones changes it's colour from it's natural light green to a dark green colour. The big one never gets as dark as the little one. Is this normal? Does it mean they are stressed? If someone could help me with this it would be great!!

I have 6 and they are all varing degrees of green, light to darker to even brownish green.

I have had them all for 3 years, so I know this is their normal colors.

They are all fat and fine !
