How old?

How old does a male have to be before breeding? I know it's not good for a female to breed before 1.5 years months but what about males?

Typically a male can become sexually mature around 6 or 8 months. The only real concern about if the male is old enough to mate is his size. If he is much smaller than the female, he could be seriously injuried by her. Use a male that is within a few inches in size to your female.
