It is common for very young leos to hiss and nip. Trust me, it's 'more bark then bite'. If you’re fairly new to leopard geckos, I’d suggest that you just leave the babies alone for a month or two except to clean their cages, they should calm down a lot during this time.
If you give them a small humid hide, made from a butter container, it makes life simpler. They go to sleep in their hideout and are easily moved while changing their substrate. This way you don’t have to worry about them jumping out of your hand or nipping at you.
