What does this mean?

I got a gecko last night and i was told it was a Mediterranean gecko. She's brownish-yellow and looks like a very small crocodile. She didn't have any dots on her back but this morning she had 4 white dots. Is there something wrong with her?

Post a Pic. 4 white dots are characteristic for Tarentola annularis. Maybe your ID of the gecko is wrong.
