Okay...I have read a lot of posts on Jax's missing the crickets when they shoot for the crix. I have that problem that just recently surfaced with my male NosyBe, Mars.
I just watched him miss a bunch of times when going for the crix and ended up actually "stalking" a cricket and then catching him in his mouth.
Would this be an issue of dehydration or overdozing Calcium?? I use Reptiglo 8.0 fluorescents that stay on about 12 hours a day. They get misted 3 times a day and have a dripper. The crickets get dusted with Zoomed Reptivite once a week.
Ummm.....any ideas??? I'm perplexed. The female does not have the problem. The Jacksons dont have the problems. The Veileds dont have the problems. Just the male Nosybe...
