Pics of Mr. Ripples

AgentOfLillith Jan 18, 2004 07:22 PM

Here's Mr. Ripples:

I named him for the water drop like pattern on his back and the rings on his lower body and tail, which makes it look like a water droplet and ripples of water.

I THINK he's a Tremper Jungle, what do you think?

but the tail needs to be unringed to get the jungle part. Otherwise its called an aberrant pattern.
Still, its a great looking leo! I'd love to have it if you want to give it away

I would definitly say not a tremper, i would have to lean towards more of a bell because the bells tend to have that more purpleish/redish color to them but i have seen rainwaters that have this color though, i can safely say that is not a tremper albino though.

You obviously don't remember the first Trempers a few years ago. They were very much like Mr. Ripples, and I agree with the others here who said he looks like an aberrant Tremper. He's not a jungle, because of the normally ringed tail.

I don't think the Bells are bred on a large enough scale to supply the larger chain pet stores yet. You still need to go to quality smaller breeders like KelliH or GroundGeckoFreak.

Here's a pic of my Bell male I got from Kelli. He's awesome, and doesn't really look a lot like Mr. Ripples, in my opinion.
