Was it an offspring from a second year het. to an adult? Just curious, and a nice snake.-Brett

There are amel splendida, a male was caught on the az-nm border. Don Shores has them, and also the hypo splendida. They are very interesting. This is most likely a f2 animal, either a corn X splendida, or junglecorn X splendida. Nice animal though, But would like to see one with more clor.

I would also like to see this snake in a couple years. I guess that if it is a pure(lol) corn x splendida then it will look quite different as it matures; but, would the amel corns be compatable to the splendida amels? Also, from the pic it seems young. Owner?-Brett
