Weird question about beardies and humidifiers....

chappylestrange Jan 19, 2004 11:21 AM

I know beardies and too much humidity don't mix but here's my question. I sleep with a vicks humidifier on at night. I want to sleep with Gordo tucked in bed beside me tonight because he loves it and my girlfriend isn't around tonight to yell at me for letting him sleep in the bed (even though she lets the cat!) I am the only wack job that actually enjoys sleeping beside their dragon? Anyway....do you think the humidifer would bother him if I kept it away from the bed? Or, should I just lose it for tonight and suffer dry nasal passages? Strange question I know...but, if ya knew me..LOL. Thanks.

I dont think sleeping with your beardie is a good idea. You could roll over on him while your sleeping and have a dead dragon.Thats just my opinion though.

Nah. I prop him up on a pillow on the opposite side of the bed and put covers on him. Plus I really don't move around while sleeping...I'm used to being smushed in a corner.
