Just getting bigger and bigger

AlbinoLeo Jan 19, 2004 12:34 PM

This female is a Rainwater Albino I got about 2 years back from Gerrick at CrestedGecko - I weighed her last night and she is now at a wopping 106.4 grams - I know females can get this big, but I havent heard of too many Rainwater's this big - she truly dwarfs all my other Leo's - my male double het is scared of her - LOL - I guess I need a big male to keep this girl happy.

I have her and another big female in a 20 long - they have always been there since juvinile size - good genes and room to grow made this girl heavy -

Here is a old pic of her - I'll get updated pics of her and my 75.6 gram Rainwater - the 75.6 one is soo much smaller...LOL..]

Take Care,

She looks okay in that pic but I don't think you'd want her too much bigger, she already has a lot of belly fat there. There does sometimes come a point where you need to cut back on food for some adults. I had to put one of my leos on a diet once.

You know I havent measured her - she cant be more then 9 inches or 10. She is normal length - just a big girl - she doesnt look overweight - nor does she have health issues -

is definately on the big side for a female leo. Length makes a huge difference when it comes to determining a healthy weight. At that length I can see how she could accomodate that weight and be perfectly healthy. On an 8" leo that would be obese.
