This might sound stupid but I have no experince with snakes I keep Ackie Monitors but my girlfriend just got a young corn snake for Christmas. he has been doing well but has not eaten since he shed 2 and a half weeks ago. is this a problem I know shedding will effect eating but when should we start worrying.
he has been eating a pinkie every 3 day.
thanks for any info

Do you have the proper hot/cool sides? Feeding every 3 days is too soon in my opinion. Need to give at least 5-7 days between feeding for digestion with the proper heat gradiant. Could be he/she is simple not hungry. I've read if they don't have the necessary heat to digest, food can set in their gut and rot. I'd wait a week or two then try to feed again. They can go weeks without eating with no ill effects. This is just my opinion :0)

I concur. Young snakes have a faster metabolism than adults. Look for poop as a prerequisite for the next feeding.
