I'm looking to build a custom cage, but I'm kind of unsure of the specifications I need. I was hoping someone can post their pics of their cage. I need some basic info like dimensions, and if there should be a screen top or not?

this is the one my dad built, the screens on the side need to be smaller but he didn't do too bad for having never seen a reptile cage. this is on the first day before I got it all set-up. it is around 36x17x17 with a bottom hinge door.
