How big of a group would you suggest?

I have 1 Black and White Tegu and will have a Ionides monitor eventually. (I also have a small kingsnake)

And feeding is a bit costly (Not just the cost of mice, but the cost of driving to the petstore to get them, it's 35 miles away.)

I was thinking about doing a 1.2 or 1.3 group. Do you think that'd be enough? The Tegu can go through 3 fuzzies in a day (He's not full grown.) and still wants more.

I get on average 6 pinks per female every 21 /- days.

One or two groups of 1:4 would be best. Extras can be frozen then thawed as needed. I would also suggest using rats instead of mice...as I am sure the tegu's will outgrow fuzzy mice quickly especially if he eats three a day.
