i dont do it personally, because i remember ridding my house of them before. i do know this one store and that is what they feed their carnivorous herps, and they are very healthy. i asked bout their herps diet, and they told me it consisted of mainly roaches, with one feeding of crickets or mealworms about 2 or 3 times a week. they did tell me that roaches,not sure if it matters on species of roach, that they are better in nutrition compared to crickets, mealworms, etc. i am not sure about this as i was just told, so feel free to correct me. hope this helps

Well once in a while i feed my females small hissers...Thye just love them ...But you have to watchout because hissers have hard shells ....If i had a choice i would feed them orange headed roaches or even death head roaches ....IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET ANY IN CANADA OR IN THE STATES THAT WOULD SHIP TO CANADA PLZ TELL ME....Yeah anyways as i was saying ...Roaches are really good as a staple diet but in my mind the best thing to do is to give them a variety of food types suche as crix
