My Male is actually 18 inches at 10 months old.... He's BIGGER then my females.... Would be he a safe size and age to breed?

Males can breed at an earlier age than females. Its more a matter of size than age. Your boy seems big enough to go. Just remember, Beardie courting is rough and if he is much bigger than your female he can hurt her or worse.

I am sure your male is more than old enough and large enough to do the job. The only real concern is that your females are at the very least 14 months old and weigh 350g or more (18 months or order is a better age to wait before breeding females). As long as your females are no less than 15" they shouldn't have any problems being bred by your 18" male.
