My beardie is a little over a year old and about a month or so ago a white spot appeared on the top of his head near an eye. At first his eye seemed to be puffy but i got that fixed but the spot still remains. Any ideas what that could be?

There is a chance that this is a burn. Is there any way that your beardie was able to get too close to the spot light? How far is the top of her heard from the spot when she climbs up her perch?
If it is within a few inches you need to either lower the perch or raise the light. If you have access to a temp gun temp the perch an hour after the light is on. If not, you can try to place a normal thermometer on the perch and see what it reads. This is not always accurate.
If this is a burn it will take a long time to heal. Just leave it alone, do not apply anything to it. If you are worried, or if there is no way that he got close to the light you should go to the vet. Make sure that he is still eating/acting normally.
That's just IMO...
