BeginnersBasics Jan 20, 2004 07:42 AM

Well, Lacie (Hypo red) laid her first clutch of the year yesterday. 28 perfect looking eggs! Woooo hoooo LOL

She was the one that only laid one clutch the entire year last year.....Maybe this year will be better. She has already topped her 21 egg clutch from last year

These babies are Hypo red x Flame Should be beautiful! Then again, ALL dragons are wonderful!!!!!

Here is the proud Momma....

Just lounging around....

"Hey Mom, I am done" LOL

Only dragon I know that stays fat... before, during and right after laying a clutch LOL

Our first clutch of the season is hatching today. 33 eggs, 2 are completely out of the eggs, 11 others have pipped.

Incubated at 82-86 degrees, with an accidental 88 degree spike 4 days ago. Incubated exactly 60 days before pipping.

All babies look very large, very healthy, and very BRIGHT!

Huh, guess that exact 84 degrees isn't so important Given, my AVERAGE incubating temperature has been 84, but it has certainly raised and lowered.
