Full time?
Well first you need to pick some animals you wish to breed that their is a market for, and maybe try to selectively breed them to make new colors and other mutations...
Second, you need to get connections, whether it be a nice website to sell your stuff on or corporations, resellers you can sell your animals to.
Third, feeding, you will need either to start breeding your own food or find a wholesaler to sell you food cheaper. Actually you could breed feeders full time if you wanted. Mealworms are pretty easy... Crix can be a pain.
Fourth, racks... Depending on the species size you will need several racks for each species. Generally hatchling/baby, subadult and adult... Racks run about 150-400 each properly equipped. And to fully put all items in the bins for proper husbandry and heating, probably about 500 each max.
Fifth, location... All this lighting and heating will require tons of electricity and room, you will need a facility with a decent ambient temperature, it will be hard to keep your terrariums hot, when it is -35 outside.
Sixth, knowledge and experience, know your animals.
maybe more later, me tired
