I've been ordering from Timberline since nov. 22 and only 2 out of like 6 or 7 orders have been right. One of the orders that was right the box didn't get taped good and crickets escaped into the managers office here at my apts. Now I can't have the fed ex drop off packages anymore (which is a MAJOR inconvenience although it was funny seeing them stomping around killing crix..LOL) The sizes haven't been right either. I order 1/4" and get 1/8" order 1/2" and get 1/4" so I order 2/3" and get 1/2" but most of them are dead and the inside of the box is really damp when I get it overnighted. I tried beechdale but they shipped second day and out of 2000 maybe 300 survived and the size issue again. 1/2" were 1/4". Even though they makeup for the dead circkets (both places) I am very frustrated especially with Timberline. Does anyone know where I can get what I order that will be alive and packaged properly when I get it? I hate ordering 1/2 and getting 1/4 for one they go quicker because I have to feed twice as many. I'm not rich....

hey,

i know how frustrating ordering crickets can be.........i've tried many and here's what i can share.....

reptile food is really good....there cheap fast, always seem to arrive in goot shape...but they have high winter shippin charges...but ther very quick and a great price

second there is LLLReptile.com they have a great deal (1000 for 15.95 delivered) thats a great price but if u don't live in california then i can take over a week for them to arrive...(they have extremely good packing wit heat packs and double boxes..the works)

anyways these are my prefered two....i haven't had any shipments arrive dead on me from either place....always all alive and kickin....lol
