COuld anyone tel me where to get FF and FF medium in Canada?

Here are a few places to get Flies and medium

Now, Mark Pepper at Understory Enterprises is away in Costa Rica and Panama Until June 15, but he sells both melanogaster and Hydei.
I work at Global Exotic Pets and we too sell melanogaster and hydei.
As for fly medium, here is the recipe that I use (which Mark Pepper gave me:
Mix together equal parts of apple sauce and bananas. Then add some cheap variety of oats to the mixture until you get a doughey consistency. Next, add 1 teaspoon of baker's yeast. Then, I add paprika and spirulina, as well as powdered color fish flakes. Put about an inch of medium into the jar, and sprinkle some yeast granules on top. The important thing is to let the medium in the jar sit open for 20-24 hours so that the carbon dioxide produced from the yeast can dissipate. If you do not do this, your flies may die from CO2 poisoning.

I live in Toronto, former North York and I raise both the crinkly wings and Hydei fruitflies. I also have my own receipt medium that is all natural, contains vit C,D Beta Carotine, full B complex vit. natural colour inhancers and all you do is add water and it is done. No molding over. High yield. Ask Double J as he has used mine before with great success.
