Does someone have a bottle of Herptivite that they can look at and tell me if it contains vitamine D3?
Thanks in advance,
Andy

It does not. But the pink label Rep-Cal is phosphorus-free calcium with D3.

I think I am gonna pick up some Herptivite but I just got to thinking that the calcium I am using (calcium carbonate) has no D3 either. That would mean no D3 at all. Would that be a bad thing or is it better to go without D3 all together?
Andy
If you are using a good quality UVB producing light and your lizards have regular, close enough, and unobstructed exposure to it, then you will probably be fine without D3. Others may disagree, though...
