I have a custom cage that me and my dad just put together it is 34" Long 16" High and 16" Width . Right Now i have 2 dome lights one on the right site that is 60 watt spot in a 5.5 dome and the left light is also in a 5.5 dome that is a 40 watt house bulb and in between them two is a light strip with my reptisun bulb does that setup sound good the temp on the right side(60 watt spot bulb) is 90-97 the basking spot is at 97 and on the left(40 watt house bulb)it is 80-90 and at the basking spot it is 87. Does that sound good and if not what size bulb should i go to or what should i do to make it a little better? I will try to get pics soon

It's kind of small for an adult bearded dragon, most recommend at least 4'x2'x2' though it could be a bit lower in height.

Other than the size the hotter baskign spot (97F) isn't too bad though a bit higher would be better (100-115F). The cooler basking spot, as a basking spot is too low but as a place for the dragon to cool down, it's fine.

This is only a dragon that is about around 3 months old

what should i get those temps up to and the basking to ?

Basking should have a gradient of 100-110 at that age....several levels at differect temps for him/her to move too. Remove the 40 watt bulb on the cool side, get a spiral flourescant that's 22 to 26 watt, it'll brighten the tank without the added heat, the cool side should be 80-82 all the time, try a 75 watt on the warm side and check your temps, you may need to go to a 100 watt to get the proper gradient. Check the surface temp at several levels in the basking area.

Tracey pretty much summed it up.
