First, is her substrate sand? If so, could be impaction, if so try vegetable oil (I think, but wait for another answer on that) Basically they swallow sand and can't pass it, don't use sand, it isn't natural for them either.

Second, are you using undertank heating? It is better for their digestions?

Third, when did you get it? They are sometimes jittery after shipment

Fourth, try a vet.

Fifth, force feeding can break the animals jaw if done improperly...

Sixth, mealworms and crickets are a staple, and more than likely if she isn't eating an active criket she probably won't eat much of anything else

Ummmmmmmm i think its best that you take her to a vet. There are so many things that could be wrong and causing her not to eat. Best bet is a vet visit.

Hope she gets better.

When my Leo wouldn't eat and I was worried, I fed her wax worms. Leos love them, can't resist them, and they're fatty, kind of like a twinkie for reptiles. Also you can try Hydro-Life. Good luck

why did you wait until her tail was that thin? Didn't you suspect a problem the first couple times she regurgitated her meal?
