tiny white bugs

I have been having problems with tiny white bugs in my salamanders enclousure. the substrate is calles forest bed. they dont seem to be mites because they have 6 legs, they are about the size of a peice of dust.They wont go away no matter I do, I just gave him a new enclousure with all brand new substrate ant they are allready back. if anyone has any ideas about what they are please let me know.

They're prob springtails. They are tiny decomposers and arent harmful. They could be very helpful. My frogs love eating them.

they dont seem to be springtails because they dont hop. I also thought they might be book lice, but now that I looked at them under a magnifying glass they dont really look like them either

A few weeks ago but before i put some native caught moss in my frog tank I noticed the same little dust sized white bugs I assumed they were mites, did a change out washed the guys down and they are still thier. The frogs dont seem to mind that they are thier, no sores no adnormal behaviour laziness sickness etc.. I just dont know what they are so if yah find out please let us know. I'd take a picture but liek I said they are itsy bitsy!
