how do you clean driftwood?

i searched for a topic that said how to clean driftwood but couldnt find it. i remember there being one a few months back.

any ways, how do you clean driftwood? just boil it?

One way not mentioned on the link is to soak the piece in bleach water for 8 hours (turning it) and then in water for 8 hours. Then again in water for 8 more hours, Run water over it also. Go to the link.

I was told to add it until it feels slick. I will experiment this week, I collected some 4 ft. pieces for my 120 gallon.
