Heated the room up a little to give the big guys some time to bask.
Here is the female. Note the scaring on the back. This happened last winter when the humidity dropped to 16% over a long period. It created skin problems I never knew it was that low because it was never a problem for the S. ater. These guys need it a little more humid.

San Esteban Island chucks and the black/grey ones(hispidus) are the Angel Island chucks.

wow tom nice pics of some great looking chucks. we should try to make the taylor show this month. did i tell you i got my shinisaurus finally. that is one cool lizard that is testing my reptile keeping skills. i got it at a good price as a non feeder. but now is eating on it's own and thriving. my new cteno from manny is doing great also. talk to ya later chris
