why do people feel the need to list all their animals with their signature?

hehe, I looked and looked and looked at various posts over the last couple of weeks and couldnt find the culprit. Dunno who you might be referring to. I agree that it seems silly to list everyone. It would take up a lot of bandwidth in my case...

There are a lot of listers on the Iguana and Monitor forums. I think it's a contest of some sort. to see who can impress whom with the most or widest variety of herps. Whatever floats your boat or makes you feel important.
