I was plannin on buyin red eared sliders but they require so much space as adults [12 inches the most].please inform me with any types of cute turtles.

Just get an adult male red eared slider if you really like them. They are considerably smaller than the females.
And if you decide to get a male slider, please consider adopting rather than buying.
