what it the best locale(aru etc.) for gtps for both color(yellow)and temperment??

Don't worry about local, there are only a few breeders working with true documented animals.

Quick answer- if you want high yellow, look for proven lines "lemon tree" and "OS High Yellow" are the strongest right now. As for temperment, chondros are all across the board just getting a certain "locality" is not going to gaurentee a calm chondro. If you want something high yellow and with a calm temperment look for a high yellow yearling or sub adult. However, these animals are often prized and if sold, come with a high price tag, 2k being the low end.
