In Loving Memory...

Thera Jan 23, 2004 12:25 PM

Yesterday I brought my 2 and a half year old male beardie to the vet because he had suddenly becom ill. He suffered from a sudden loss of appetite, was week and very lethargic. He was also dehydrated, even tho he was on oral fluids. Cause unknown, he was given supportive care. Early this morning my dear sweet Suds passed over the rainbow bridge. While the cause of his sudden condition is still unknown, I am hoping a necropsy to be preformed tomorrow morning will shed light. He is survived by his mate, Bubbles, and his 47 children (and 16 possible still in incubation).

He was my little wild man. Always exploring, often displaying for no reason but the fun of it. He always made life interesting with his antics. He was a blessing every day that he was with me. I will always remember him.

Thank you Suds.

I'm sorry for your loss. It sounds like he was loved very much.

Maybe his babies will carry on with his "wild" personality to help fill the void.
