Water dragon eye infection

I think that my water dragon has an eye infection. Does anyone know what I can do to treat this?

Eye infections are very serious in reptiles. Does it have a discharge? The only way to cure this problem is to take it to the vet and get medication for it. This infection, if it is an infection can cause blindness and your dragon may loose its eye.
