Wire Shelves & Deli Cups in OH, KY, PA & WV

melissa68 Jan 23, 2004 12:39 PM

If you live in one of the states above, you may have heard Big Bear, a grocery chain, is going out of business.

If you need to get some shelving or deli cups cheap, I would suggest visiting a store near you very soon. We were fortunate and visited a ton of stores and were able to find Twinpak brand, 32 oz deli cups - like the ones superior sells. Superior sells a case (500) of them for ~$75.00, we were able to pick some up for 10 cents on the dollar. A very big savings!!!

If you go, look for boxes with AMCOR on the side. They had lids, 8, 16 & 32 oz containers available. Each store is different, but some of you can find stuff.

Kyle - if you go our looking for some, contact us first and I will let you know which Big Bear stores we have already cleaned out of containers.

Good luck searching!!!

I think we hit every store on the east side, and then a one on 161 & Sawmill and 2 on Bethel Rd.

We acually got some boxes of cups for $5 for 500!!! Can't beat that price!!!

Extremely!!! You can barely walk in our living room & our van and Explorer still have boxes in them. We got some ungodly number of containers. We usually go through 250 insect cups a month, plus other ones...so I have enough for 2 years now

Let me know if you need any 8 oz or 16 oz containers. Go to www.reptilepackaging.com to check out their prices.

I'll be going through portsmouth tommorow to deliver some frogs to Kyle, so I'll definitely stop at the Big Bear along the way and give them a Big Bear hug!

I'm delivering a couple of vents offspring from the group I got from you a while back. I wish I could go as far as Columbus, but this old car has about had it. We're going to meet him in Waverly.
