Well she looks like she is good to go again this year. She really darkened up after ovulation, I am still waiting for pos, but the male had been with her non stop since October 1st then stopped abruptly a week ago. She never had nearly the amount of "blue" until now, she has always been very light, hope she goes back to orignal color. OBTW last year she was this big or bigger and I only got 15 babies no slugs, but they were huge babies. Good luck to everybody and thanks for looking. Craig Kade

She looks huge. Good luck. Is 15 a small number for Hoggs? I would have assumed that the smaller animals may have a tendency toward smaller litters.

15 is a pretty small litter for a 6' snake, especially as big as she gets when she is gravid, she gets huge. Last year I would have bet a hundred dollars she would have 30 or more, but I was basing that on normal size hog babies. Her babies ate weaned mice as a first food.

I understand. I guess it didn't occur to me that she was that long. Most of the Hoggs I've seen so far have been more like 4.5-5 feet. I sure do love her color. Fifteen big babies from her would still be pretty darn special to this guy. Weanlings hmmm. That's awesome. She's gorgeous and I'm sure your thrilled with her. I know I would be!
