Avoid anything canned! Those canned veggies dont have the same nutritional values as fresh veggies do. Yould go to the produce section of your supermarket and get some nice fresh greens and other viggies. And remember, anything except Spinach and Lettuce.

GO TO THE LINK I HAVE LINKED TO AND PICK UP THE SOME OF THE STUFF LABLED "STAPLE" SQUASHES SHOULD BE GRATED ON A CHEESE GRATER OR PUT THROUGH A FOOD PROCESSOR AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PEELED AND DE-SEEDED! CUT UP GREENS TO ABOUT THE SIZE OF HIS HEAD OR ROUGHLY 1 NICH BY 1 INCH BECAUSE HES NOT USED TO EATING THE GREENS THEREFOR SMALLER IS BETTER!!!

If you happen to live in the midwest, Meijer's sells a fantatic pack of mixed greens (labled spring mix, sold in a clamshell) that has a bit of all sorts of good stuff. It's a more expensive than mixing them yourself, but might be a nice place for you to start.

"The serpent crams itself with animal life that is often warm and vibrant, to prolong an existence in which we detect no joy and no emotion. It reveals the depth to which evolution can sink when it takes the downward path and strips animals to the irreducible minimum able to perpetuate a predatory life in its naked horror."

Canned foods are VERY high in sodium.
