my bearded female just laid her eggs and as soon as she did i took and dug them up and put them in the incubator and misted the eggs a lil and stuck a cup of water in there also to keep the incubator humid is this a smart thing to do? am i doing everything right so far and no is all i have to do is make sure ther is water in the cup and mist the eggs once a week oh is it bad to have misted the eggs a lil i misted them directly is that good or bad? well any info u can give i would be very happy to get it the incubator is set at 85 i heavly misted the vermiculite 1 to 2 hrs before she laid them and i put them in the incubator this is the first time for me and her she laid 16 eggs the father i sold because he was evil to her he was a citrus orange and she is a 100% orange i hope the babies hatch and turn out healthy this is my first time doing this so any and all info u give me will be much apreciated

Congrats! I just got 26 eggs last Friday. I don't think you're supposed to mist the eggs. I don't remember why, but I remember reading it somewhere.

tupperware bowl or whatever your using for them. Also there is a mixture for vermiculite/water ratio. Can't remeber it but I think if you go to www.dachiu.com it has everything you'll need to know.

The water to vermiculite ratio is 1 part h2o to 2 parts vermiculite by weight (basically until you can pinch the vermiculite and get a drop out of it). Keep the cup of water in the incubator to keep the humidity up. if the eggs start to dent, mist the incubator (you need more humidity) NOT the eggs. Reptile eggs must "breath" if they are covered in water they will suffocate. If anyone else has anything to add I may be forgetting something at the moment.
