Not eatin !!!!

i have 2yr old manegrove monitor has Been eatin 3/4 pre killed pup rats a week has stop eatin its been 1 1/2 months since eatin was lookin real thin put him in tank with warm water he seem to (soak ) up the water just loves 2 sit under the lite the house temp 65/70 any help would B greatful Wayne

hmmmm your house temps are 65-70 degrees? or the temps in the monitors enclosure are 65-70 degrees? if thats the case your temps are way off. i would give the mangrove a basking spot of 110 warm side of tank mid-upper 80s. cool side 75-80. at night temp can drop to 75.....

so yeah, if your temps are 65-70 than that would be my guess why it stopped eating. might have other probs too though. how is he set up. what are the temps. go into more detail
