You can do one or all of these things. I would start by soaking the snake while you add a damp moss box to it's cage. Use a plastic box with lid and cut a hole in the lid. You can cover 2/3 of the top of the tank with a piece of plexiglass. You can make them a hide from a ceramic plant pot, with a door cut in it and then you can soak the pot in water and it will hold humidity too. You can put a largish water dish right over the UTH.
You want to get the snakes personal humidity up and then raise it again when it is in shed. Otherwise they can be okay with 60% plus most of the time.
