Since I figured out the test posting challenge....here's my question

I had a hatchling leo that hatched out fine:

Eats wonderfully on 1/4"dusted crickets....

But...a few days ago I noticed his rear legs appear double jointed or broken or rubberbandish??? I don't know if you can tell in the pics very well (he's in full shed too), but I am very concerned about him. He's going to be a hot looking male...I had wanted him as a breeder...

Any ideas???

Kinda sounds like mbd. when my leo got mbd her limbs became rubberbandish and folded in where she couldnt walk to well. Go to the vet and he will give you a treatmeant. if you caught it in the early stages it is completely treatable.

That is very odd, particularly in so young a gecko....dusting the crickets might not be providing adequate calcium, try spraying the cricks with water before you dust, so that more will stick to them. However, I have to wonder if it's related to a calcium deficiency at all. Could they have been broken? Does the gecko stand up or use them properly? A vet visit is definitely in order, you need a diagnosis on this one.
If it's a calcium deficiency, and other gecks on the same diet aren't showing any such signs, then it's not impossible that the little fellow has some sort of metabolic disorder.
