Check the forum down the page or do a search. Someone just posted their schedule for vitamin/calcium dusting but i don't remember who it was. I believe is a very long string of messages. Heres one on the subject:
Calciums and Vitamins? - Paradisio, Thu Jan 22 21:34:27 2004

Young leos and pregnant females need alot of calcium. My guys are all pretty big, not complete adults though and i dust the mealworms every second day as well as leave a dish of calcium in their tanks daily. Vitamins are given, dusted on mealworms, once a week.
