More egg problems

Today i woke up to find one of my eggs had hatch but not fully. THe baby leo got 3/4 of the way out and then died what could have caused this? I took the humidy down so the egg would not burst. So what happened?

There's no telling what could have gone wrong, but it must have not been perfect. I have heard a lot of people cutting animals out of the egg, and this might be necessary in some snakes, but I don't think it's best for leopard geckos. You may end up bringing them into the world when they just weren't meant to make it.

Don't be hard on yourself, it happens to everyone. Good luck with the rest of them.
