Has anyone hatched any flame or other cool morphs from some pretty standard crested geckos? Does anyone know how this all works?

My friend has one thats brick red with dalmatian black dots all over and a flame tail. Not sure what its worth but I know it was a deal at 80$

Flame/fire refers to the pattern, not the color.
