I am in Miami fl. I am planning on building outdoor pens for housing babies this season. I am thinking of using pea rock as the main substrate. Someone told me that I might have a problem with the high humidity and the amount of dew we get in the mornings. Might even get a fungus problem.
Any comments from someone with first hand knoledge would be appreciated.
