Do torts drink through their noses? Or can they? Or only by mouth? Sulcatas specifically. Thanks

I know that my Hermanns drink through their nose most of the time
Through their mouth, they just like to stick their head into the
water - even over his eyeballs! but he's not drinking through
his eyes.
Ok then how would a nasal flush help rid and URI? it contains Baytril.
Possibly like the way Vicks Vapor rub works for people with a
chest congestion or cold. If it was simply something you need
to get into the animals stomach then it could be given orally.
I wouldn't doubt their nostrils connected to their mouths the
way ours do also. Maybe it's easier to give that medication
through the nose (the way people are fed if sick sometimes) than
to have you "force feed it". Teddy's never been sick so I've
not had to mess with this stuff. I just know that he can drink
just holding his mouth in the water (I see him) and swallowing
as well as sometimes he plunges his entire head into the water
with his eyes open too, but still drinks/swallows normally. I'll
see if I can find something detailed anatomy pic.
