chibi-sephiroth Jan 25, 2004 01:31 PM

Hey guys,
Im working on 2 treefrog tanks right now
what wattage of light is suitable for a 15 gallon white's treefrog tank? and a 15 gallon green treefrog tank?

and also, are the tannins in aquarium mopani driftwood dangerous to frog's contact?

firstly 15 gallon is to small for a group of WTF's, let alone one. 20 gallon is minumum. a normal incandescent bulb is a good heat source for that size terrerium, about 60 watt should be fine, but you really should test it out yourself. at night time make sure the lights turn off, this causes a natural photoperiod, and a natural temp drop at night(make sure it doesn't drop below 18c). i have a care sheet on WTF's on my site, take a look
