Cricket water....

Jawz Jan 25, 2004 07:17 PM

Ok at work we use this crystal stuff and add it to a good 3 litres of water and it turns into "cricket water" anybody know where i can get this stuff? or know how to make it other ways?

If not whats the next best option to use to keep crickets watered?

Also, for food, is grinding up dog food ok? Im use cricket food right now and have heard dog food has stuff that oxideses calcium so it cant be absorbed.

any comments would help, thanx

go to natural or health food store. cant remember the name but its made from sea weed to gell water.

NO DOG FOOD NO

what you feed to crix you are in essence feeding your Beardies. Give them fruit, veggies, Dragon food or cricket food.

never used that gelled water stuff they sell for crickets...so much easier to just toss in the same mixed greens i feed my dragon...there is their food and water in one. I just change it once a day or every other day, depending on how much I put in.
