hypo honduran loses rings over time?

Hi,
There's a photo of a nice vanishing pattern hypo hondo on the classifieds this evening, with this text:

"At that time he had full complete black bars. As he grew and with each successive shed he slowly lost his bars to what he looks like now, 2 1/2 years later."

anybody else ever had one change like that over time? I've asked the seller come on here to give us more details, maybe a "before" pic.

Yeah,I saw that ad a few times.I hate the fact that he is selling the normal looking offspring as het for vanishing???????????????There is no such thing?
