Suspicious bumps on Anoles

I work at a petshop and noticed a few of our Bahaman Anoles have suspicious bumps all over their bodies. There also seems to be puss coming out of these bumps. Does anyone know what could be wrong with them? I need to know as soon as possible so we could treat them.
